While some companies have reported benefits like revenue increases and productivity boosts, Gartner highlights that the financial burden, inadequate risk controls, and poor data are significant obstacles.

It’s apparently a week dedicated to Gartner, but this press release caught our attention. According to Gartner, the digital twin of a customer, Emotion AI, and machine sellers are set to transform sales in the next decade by predicting and automating buyer behaviors. Sales leaders will need to carefully assess when to implement these technologies, with digital twins offering the potential to better understand and anticipate customer needs, giving companies a competitive edge.

Outbound emails require research
After returning from PTO, this CRO was frustrated by the flood of irrelevant sales emails that clearly lacked research, with pitches for competitive products that were unnecessary. Senders who spam with lists built from basic filters won’t win hearts or deals. Conduct research, lead with authenticity, and take the time to craft your own message. Don’t rely on AI to write your words for you.
